Tart Filling:...(makes 1 doz. tarts)
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon melted butter.
1/2 cup currants.
(raisins, walnuts or pecans
may also be used.)
