Raspberry Crisp

If you like raspberries,
you'll love this dessert.
I picked some raspberries
 from my garden and made
 raspberry crisp.
Served with ice-cream...



4 cups raspberries
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch

Mix together the raspberries,
sugar and cornstarch.
Place in a square pan.



Topping
1 1/4 cups Minute Oats
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter softened.

Combine minute oats, flour, brown sugar.
Mix in the softened butter.

Place topping in pan on top of raspberry mixture.

(Optional) Sprinkle cinnamon 
and some almonds on top.

Bake 350 deg. F.  for 45 minutes.
