Kale & Spinach Soup

Kale and Spinach are recognized
 for their exceptional nutrient richness,
 health benefits and delicious flavour. 

4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Stock
1/4 each rice and barley
1/2 large onion
2 Celery Stocks
3 Parsnips
3 Carrots
1 small white Turnip
1 small can Tomato Soup
2 Potatoes
3 cups of each cut up Kale & Spinach
1 can Bean Medley, 19 oz. You can use any other beans.

Put Stock in a large pot. Add Rice, Barley, Cut up Onion and Celery, bring to a boil. Meanwhite cut up Parnips, Carrots and Turnip. Add to pot. Stir in Tomato Soup and simmer for 1/2 hr. Add Potatoes and simmer 15 more minutes. Add Kale, Spinach and Beans, simmer 10 minutes more. You will have to add more water to make it the right consistency to suit your taste.
