Cinnamon Rolls

No yeast in these Cinnamon Rolls,
A favorite with my family

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees

3 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter 


(Sugar mixture)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tbsp. cinnamon

Whisk together  flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
In a small bowl combine eggs, milk and melted butter
and add all at once to dry ingredients.
 Mix all together to make a soft dough
Knead lightly approx. 10 times.

Roll or pat into a rectangular shape approx. 12" by 16"

Sugar mixture: 
Combine brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon.
Spread sugar mixture over dough.
(I use a spatula to spread it)
Roll up dough as for jelly roll, 
seal edges and slice (Approx. 1/4")

Bake in oven 375 degrees for approx. 15-20 mins.
