very nurishing and filling.

Add 1 cup milk
(I use almond milk)
1 cup frozen Greek Yogurt
1 cup strawberries,
2 Kiwis
1 banana and
1 tbsp honey
to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
